This guy could just be that good but those 2 ticks seemed fishy to me.
After watching again I think I jumped the gun, Also Joker watching it as well.

I would say no
on the tick for 49000 he can hear foot steps and so he pre-fired a little, then he clearly can see him through the right side of the smoke and killed him shortly after.
other ticks through out the demo he can clearly hear a flash grenade or foot steps and he starts to head over there. and just happens to run into a player almost immediately and kills them quickly.
other ticks he completely goes away from the other players.
and he has a good sense of the surroundings.
