Start @40k and ends @50K. I know on like 2 or 3 of those first kills no way radar could pick up that far away.

I would have to vote that there's not enough conclusive evidence, there's like maybe 1 example that made me go like wtf? that's tick 42000-43000 but it's not enough to say that he's hacking. I also reviewed a few other demo's of him that I pulled from sourcTV. He's spotty meaning it's not consistent. He's not using aim bot or walls either. It may be he's using esp hacks but that's extremely hard to prove. He also had another person from his clan member on the server at the same time so I would more venture to guess that they were probably ghosting during this game because in the other games I seen him play on other demo's I pulled from sourcetv he doesn't have another member of his clan on there.
I would vote no, unless you have more proof.
