Reason for Request : Blatant Team Killing, constantly. Has had multiple months of bans and When I pointed it out to phil he told me to make a request for it. it's clear after 17 bans he still doesn't plan on stopping his trend of Team Killing.

His last ban was supposed to be 3 months, the auto ban took effect before i could ban him so i changed it. Who changed it to 12 months?
I was gonna make this post myself if he did it one more time, but since its up now i guess i dont have to worry about it ;P
