I am weightless, but you can see me. Put me in a bucket, and i'll make it lighter. What am I?
I move slowly but then I'm dead. I leave but then I'm back. I'm clear and then I'm red. I'm many neurotics' snack. What am I?
I am so simple, that i only point. Yet i guide men all over the world. What am I?
You can only keep yours after you give it to somebody. What is it?
I run though i have no legs to be seen. I possess no heat yet i do have steam. I have no voice to let words out, but from far away you can still hear me shout. What am I?

i thought of that first, but trains DO run on heat, ergo doesn't meet the criteria.
Also that river/waterfall riddle's been told wayyy too many times.
to be honest all of them are easy, only the second one i just blanked out for some reason but joker hit it right on the NAIL . (pun intended)
