A little over a month ago I reported this individual for the same behavior.

He now joins when I'm on nade level, intentionally team attacking me every round so I would get knifed and naded; yet I still won anyway.

And when you mean he team attacks you every single round, you mean just 1 round... And no, that would not constitute to get his admin revoked whitey. He did not use admin commands, no need to restrict or revoke his admin.
