How did he/she abuse (See TOS):

First abuse is zm_miniature_room, the first half of the map, from the beginning on, the admin changes the gravity several times ruining about 2 or 3 rounds.
2nd abuse is ze_potter @63000 i kill the abusing admin and in retaliation he transfers my wand to himself claiming i do not know how to use wands, the other admin that was online also agrees that he abused

I initiated a vote for the gravity change, as did strong field

Most of the time I play potter the wands are picked up by noobs and it prevents the server from getting past stage 1.... I had seen shiroyasha die at the beginning of the round several times so i decided his incindio would be better suited in my hands

You should not be messing with the gravity regardless; especially on a server that has more than 12 full players. Performance degrades drastically. Phil has stressed this out enough and every admin that frequents the gungame server has abided by that gracefully.

Of course tons of people will vote yes.. It becomes fuck everyone else's fun up hour for them. Then you have the people that just press a random number to close the menu because they don't want to see a tedious vote.

I don't see anything against that in the rules or ToS. However, we're talking ZM here, and the ZM rules explicitly forbid modifying the gravity (for good reason, ZM does not play nice with grav).

Wrong. That map is suppose to have low gravity, but not just low gravity. Acceleration and other stuff would have to be changed as well to get proper settings.
I really don't know how to say this any clearer. Do not mess with server gravity settings. Period. Unless some admin fucked with it or server is being weird, the only time you use gravity is to set it back at 800.

Rosie(I think) and I screwed with gravity a while ago on Ashy2glassy so you couldnt team kill, yea that command is messed up, thank god it fixed itself the next map, or we would have been in trouble. I didnt remeber us not being allowed to do that untill after we did it.

I totally agree with core here. Etransfer and eban are to take wands away from trolls and people who just plain suck as cts. However most people don't even use zombie wands so there is never really a troll with the Z-Wands, and just taking it away randomly isn't good. Always Warn players first.

on zm_roy the ship hungry !zteled away from me, i told him i was going to report him and he said go for it bro. he clearly thinks hes better than everyone and that he dose no need to follow the rules becuase he is now an admin. on serento he slapped himself constintly as a zombie so he could get around opsticoles for bypassing so he didnt have to work throught set opsticole. Keeps changing the map to what he wants to play and does not care about server voting. he has clearly been abusing admin powers and has been told before about such things. i dont report much about these things but in his case he has openly abused and has shown with his words and actions that he thinks he can becuase he is an admin.

30K - vote initiated and then set to 3200 causing mass death.

I will review the other 2 abuse threads and base decision off of all 3 abuse claims.

Verdict from all 3 cases.
Gravity change abuse confirmed. Slap command confirmed (but not excessive). !freeze @t command confirmed.

He seems to be a new admin, so first time offense i'm gonna be easy on him and give him a warning. But punishment will be needed. 4 hr ban has been issued and a warning will be issued.
Hobos, i highly suggest you read the TOS and zm rules.
Votes do not allow you to change gravity, freeze people, or do any other actions than change maps if you are senior admin.
