Visit the fast download and if you do not already have the map, and place it in cstrike/maps (not the cstrike custom content folder): http://ibisservers.com/css/cstrike/maps/gg_simpsons_angry_overpass_v33.bsp.bz2
Now visit the FTP and download the demo directly: ftp://gg.ibisgaming.com/auto-20150810-205626-gg_simpsons_angry_overpass_v33.dem
Rename the demo to something entirely different.

You will need an archiving too other than built in Windows decompression to open the .bz2 file and pull out the .bsp. WinRar is fine.
