We also had an admin named Lucky I think. Anyway caught him hacking on WCS, I think Blade was ULA then and had to submit.

Why did you order admin
------------I ordered to stop a hacker. I failed at that, Blade beet me to it. Back then the ZM server was wide ass open and I kept admin to keep order as best as we could.

Why do you want to be an upper level admin
------------The servers are like apartments with no landlords. While the ULA's we have are great, they don't play much. I see new admins think they can do whatever and not worry. There are times that admins need a timeout as well. I enjoy watching .Dem's and seeing the various types of hacks. It helps you pick up on shit quicker.

Even though my vote doesn't mean shit here I just thought I would put in my 2 cents. Rosie has been playing on IBIS for a long time, he knows what to keep an eye out for, level headed, knows the rules, and I always see him in the servers.
TL ; DR I support Rosie I think he would be a great ULA

Pretty much everything Joker said, my vote doesn't matter but Rosie is a very good admin and has experience on every server. He is just and patient but knows the appropriate times to drop the hammer.

Known rosie long enough here to see him grow in confidence and take a stand vs dumb crap in the server, especially hackers and the likes.

Level headed, calm, and confident but not full of himself (so in other words, the opposite of me), I think he'd make a gr8 ula.
