Remove the space from the name, and it will play. It is my opinion that he understood what he did, and I do not believe it was his internet. For a first offense I would issue a 5 minute ban. It is his 4th ban though. So 5 to 4th power is 625. He will get 10 hours. It was a dick move of the worst sorts.
