Map Rate Feature

The !maprate feature isn't working. To be honest, it hasn't been working ever seen I started playing on Zombie server lol.

Is there a way to have it fixed or removed?

Its honestly pointless cause most ppl presses 1 just to get it off their screen.
Maybe 2 out of 10 ppl will correctly rate the map.

I've never seen it work. I always assumed it didn't, if it did it doesn't have much impact on the maps chosen.
