ping masks?

are ping masks allowed? i've never touched my settings besides rate, but i've noticed recently that the top 2 on each team seems to always be people with 1 or 5 ping. I haven't said anything but i know most servers its against the rules, is this something i should say to people? or just let it go?

If their Ping is at 5, it's fine. If it's anything between 1-5, go to console and type in ping. If the number is anywhere lower than 50~60ms, they fine.

My computer at work will have a constant 5 ping. But my roommate will have a 1-2 ping and I know he doesn't ping mask.

Usually it's koreans or some other third world country fucks who can't afford good internet. Just voteban them or have an admin kick them.

<5 ping shouldn't be possible, but for some people it happens and is legit. do as phil says and check
