Reason for perma ban: previously banned 7 fucking times including a 3 day ban by me and this shithead doesn't seem to understand not to break the rules. One of our own locals Sirus has had multiple issues with him as well as I. No current demos right now but I figured his ban history is enough.

Think the next step would be banning him for a week, then 2 weeks, and a month, finally ending in perma.

Yea that last ban should be longer then a day. That is alot of bans for one month of play.
But I dont think this should be in permaban forum, more of a temp ban situation.
