Joins CT @ 22000
Switches to T 34500, presumably to team attack monocle.
At 36700, first blatant team attack on monocle.
At 38900, purposely team kills monocle, gets slayed, disconnects.

I believe perm is warranted, he's been banned for more than a combined 12 weeks for team killing.
3 months of being banned hasn't changed his mind, and he obviously did the attacks/killing shown in the demo on purpose.
