Blood effect disable ?

Does anyone know hot to disable blood effect when playing on server? for my old pc it creates a lot of lag in game.
noob question I know.... is just play damn game don't tweak it much.

Disabling Blood (Method 1)
The first method to disable blood on Counter Strike is the most convenient and requires the following of these few simple steps.

Step 1: Find "Counter Strike" in your Steam library and right click it. Click on "Properties."

Step 2: Click 'SET LAUNCH OPTIONS' and enter the following into the box: +violence_ablood 0 +violence_agibs 0 +violence_hblood 0 +violence_hgibs 0

Step 3: Launch the game and see if it works!
Note: Joining a server with added blood (i.e. floor blood, added blood splatter, etc.) will still be implemented even with the blood disabled.
