There is one, it just gets your server vac banned. So the only way to get on is by IP since it wont show up in the normal server list.
Also takes out all other servers on same IP.

Bring up community list while in csgo and sort by map. You'll see a few servers pop up. Mostly ze are populated. Used to play on a few of them when csgo still hadn't nerfed the cz.
