CSS server updates

I logged into steam today, and there was a client update for CSS. Unfortunately, IBIS hasn't updated its servers. Can't connect. Client mismatch. Says server is running an older version. I see the server in list with a bunch of clients. Any plans on updating? One of my favorite CSS servers (gungame mod).:banghead:

You sure you do not mean cs:go? There was an update for that but I can connect to cs:s just fine...

Yea the cs:s server was up to date, the cs:go server should have updated automatically. It has been updated now and I will look into why it did not apply the update automatically like it should.

Yea I got the update but it appears to be client side only. When I checked for a server update it said they were already up to date. Then when I tried to connect with my updated client it worked fine. So it is likely an issue with your client not taking the update. Just right click cs:s go to properties -> Local Files -> verify integrity of game files
