Findings:
Mads and solomon were saying he was hacking, I never saw anything blatant, so I went back to check the demo at the end of the round.
All the kills he had looked fishy, but he was generally near the person who died. There were quick headshots that I thought were fishy as well, but it wasn't really concrete to me, then again I haven't slept much in the last few months.
So! I looked at his stats, lo-and-behold, the smoking gun. Perfect 50% headshot for most weapons.

If anyone can tell me how accurate the demo is in regard to a player's actual movement, and actual line of sight, that'd be helpful.
I tend to err on the side of the player and possible spreads when firing a weapon, so to shoot off to the side of someone while moving I typically think that it's within the realm of possibilities that the round drifted to the target. Especially automatic hip fired shots such as from an uzi
