Reason for perma ban: Obvious hacking (namely spinbotting)

Tick: Spinboting (~10100), Spinbot (~15000) and REALLY bad at it, (~17800) actually gets a spinbot kill here LOL, (~21000) FAILS at spinbot again (it's funny), obvious spinbot/aim assist (which apparently wasn't working too well for him here) etc.
