Why did you order admin
I'll be honest, the only reason in the beginning to get admin is to have some protection for my dickhead nature. It caused alot of stir and suffering but in the end, I feel as I matured from it. I rarely ever use my powers and as you can see the last bans I have done are just cleaning up the server. Tking, rejoin. etc. Now I try to just be a fair admin and keep the fun going.

Why do you want to be an upper level admin
I want to show that I am able to be relied on more. I have alot of respect for the clan and ULA support and want to contribute to that effort.

You need to be more active on ban threads, review the demos and post your thoughts on each one.

You don't have to duplicate threads. You posted your overturned threads in the prior section as well. Looks like all your abuse threads were from your earlier days of being an admin as they are dated from 2014-2015. Hoping since then you've realized the error of your ways and have learned from previous mistakes.

I think if you were to step up you would make a great addition to the community as a ULA, but before that I would like you to step up as an admin and be more active in the forums. I would like you to get more involved with bans especially since the last ones u did were in 2016 and you have a few that came up inconclusive/overturned. As Rawr has previously stated, if you see a ban thread open, watch the demo and post your thoughts. If no current bans are available for you to post on, look at past demos from prior ULA's and post your thoughts on those.

Also, you made a perma ban link here (http://www.ibisgaming.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=STEAM_0%3A1%3A669321&Submit=) and have yet to post a thread on it. I pm'd you on discord about it but not sure if u ever got the message.

Phil is a good judge of character so if he told you to apply then he sees that you have the potential to be better than what you already are. So keep up what your doing and just strive to be better.

I didn't do that ban? I have no idea where that came from. I changed all my passwords on IBIS just in case.

I am trying to be more active and when more bans come through the pipeline I will definitely be in the threads.
