The server had about 12 people in it a minute ago, reduced down to like 5...
This server needs a script to protect against this. Would that be possible ?

We just had another DDoS attack. Both the ZM server and the RPG servers' ping shot up to >250ms.

Any network protocol can be DDoS'd. It's a "Denial of Service" attack, usually involving packet flooding or overloading requests.

Just for the record DDos is way way way easy to do nowadays.. i saw some fag.. selling the CSS packet flood for 5 dollars...

All servers have been updated with DOS protection that actually works now. This same mod also disables ma_givecash in the WCS server :wtg:

Zero, have you been downloading anything taking up the bandwidth lately? Yesterday or the day before half the server was kicked for having high pings again.
