Using Admins names

This guys came in using my name for whatever reason i'm not sure, i think i only banned by IP but i got his steam id. According to the stats page his ip changes alot. I also noticed he used a few peoples names on his account like June, me, dutch, rev maynard. I'm not sure what this guys deal is but if someone could ban him via console with his steam id thatd be great. i'm not too sure how anymore.

Using the tag would get you banned , plus impersonating a member is gonna get you banned too.
