its down because no one knows what to do, you need to have a FTP Client and HLSW to restart it or go to the server provider and do it manually from their website. Its easy but none of you know how.

The server froze at 9:42am the cause is unknown however there have been reports of similar problems occurring even in TF2. A demo was recording at the time and will be investigated.
