Ok guys I have found I great demo player that is simple and easy to use. It even auto opens the shift+F2 command so you can fast forward and go slow mo on the demo. You can also enter in an exact frame so you can technically rewind and skip forward. Unlike the first program I found this one is simple state forward and German!
Note: installation is in German but the program is in English!
