The server is lagging at final round kills and randomly throughout the matches. Can someone please reset it?

I was just on GG a moment ago and it is definitely lagging towards the end of the final round kill and knife match rounds.

Well I did ma_rcon _restart
And now... I can not connect to the GG server.

I just wanted to note that the servers of the last few days have had network problems due to a uber worm that resulted in all major datacenters updating router software. During this update connection to all servers was lost.
