Police Prison fix

SO guys A long waited map to be fixed has been fixed by yours truly! I have added lighting to :pistols:Police_prison:pistols: and I have seperated the T's and CT's and now the map is awaiting the upload from our owner, ZERO!:icon_mrgreen:

Please remove the current Police Prison and Castle Chaos and replace them with these two maps.
