Circumventing weapon restrictions

Player slain is using console commands to circumvent weapon restrictions. Mainly, hes awping then the awp is not buyable due to lack of players.

On that server you can't buy an awp unless there are 6 people playing. There was only 4 and he was awping. He didnt just pick it up off a slain bot or something cause he kept buying/getting one. Just wanted to let you guys know about it.


Also, the map vote thing doesn't work like 1/3 the time. Itl announce whatever map won the vote, and then load dustanesi or nipperhouse or something that didnt win.
