Admin menu broken

The #7 on the admin menu doesn't work. Yes, it works on all else so it's not my keyboard ( 7777777)

The team balance or the 7 option for map votes, etc will not work as an example so something somewhere needs to be addressed.

Actually it is your keyboard's binds... if the key gets remapped to something else it will not work correctly. For example in natural selection I can not use 7 b/c I once bound it to something and never bound it back.
