well, in some of the menues i see zombie: reloaded.

and i believe it is different from zombieMod (i.e: yes, it is a zombie-type mod for css but is it the official zombiemod from zombiemod.com)

We run zm:reloaded which is a new version of zombie mod. Zombie mod is no longer in development is is largely broken this is why we stopped using it. The version we are using now is in active development so it is not going to be like the old version that just stays the same and unfixed or updated for years on end.
