I think you may have overdone the voice effects because I can't really understand. The beat is pretty good though and I enjoy the piano element.

EDIT: Also I like the bells and electronic elements though I think it breaks for too long and gets a teenie bit repetitive

repeating the same couple sentences over and over and over doesn't make it a rap... generally rappers have what's called vocabulary. also the voice effect sounds absolutely retarded.
