Okay i want to the bank to send money to my paypal account becuase i dont have any credit card. But now i cant order the damm admin before i subsribe a credit card.. So can i do it any other ways.. Or have i just wasted alot of time.

no.. i just found out that i can send them to his paypal account. But i his paypal email to this.

it's the same as a gift card... but there actual visa cards with a set amount of money on them. so you can use them for online purchases and what not. I'm sure you can get them there. look into it, might save ya some hassle.
