GG server

Here is a demo of how the GG server is running, I have 1 firefox window open no msn or anything else.

My rates are 30000(rate) 100(cmd) 101(update)

Please disreguard my waking up playing, this demo is to show the net_graph for choke tick rate etc.

Seems demo won't load, I'll try later.
