Hello, lately, the wcs server is always down. why is this?

Like when? It has been up all day...

Yesterday it was down b/c a plugin that freezes the server was put on my accident.

it's something i've noticed recently as well. any where from 1200 to 1900 it's down at some point and i can not connect for a while. i searched through threads looking for scheduled daily down time for maintenance but nothing.

not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
