What I was saying is that I didn't demo him because if there's a dispute Zero can check it and he's the only one who matters in this particular area.

You need a demo to permanently ban someone, it's in the rules that you agreed to follow when you became an admin. Next time (before you ban), follow the rules for recording, and posting a demo. This isn't a "if I feel like it I'll record a demo" thing, but more of a "we as admins are recording these for the rest of the steam bans community" thing.
