I hate to sound unsympathetic :(.
We've all been there. I'm guessing it's your first year? You should be making around 14k plus a sign on bonus right?
What have you been spending money on? Did you lease an Escalade or something?
Cancel your internet, cable, sleep in the barracks and eat at the galley. You have many options available to you. There are also money counselors on base, you might also be able to find a fellow soldier to lend you some money.
If you are very, very desperate grab a loan from money tree or one of those other payday loan places. It may be a high interest rate, but it's better than starving when you know you have a guaranteed paycheck. You could even get a bank loan (are you with navy federal?) to help cover bill costs if you have a good credit score.
I'm sorry I can't order you a pizza (I'm in a bit of a bind myself, and there are cheaper options out there) but I hope my advice helps.
Eliminating alcohol from the equation will save you a shit-ton of money. Not me. But you, yes.

Yes eliminate alcohol. Do everything Scrubble told you to do.
If you are that hungry, give me your address. I've been there and had to even go hungry for a day.
And asking someone in the military to stop drinking, is like asking a heroin addict to stop cold turkey. Liquor is always necessary.

yea alcohol is a necessity to put up with army bullshit.
talk to your agr nco or retention nco or whoever is at your armory and see if they could put you on orders to do some menial tasks for them. at least then you are getting a bit more money. also, stick to drinking at home, or if you do go out, drink cheap, really cheap.
dont buy stupid stuff till after you are done with your first tour in afgan/iraq. then you will have some money to piss away. also get a civilian job..

if you REALLY know ppl you might get a steal like i did and get one for a mere $760... and a $1600 pistol for $780
and now im looking at buying a $4000 barrett sniper rifle...

i bought a dpms, they are ok. but if you've got the ching rock river arms makes the best "classic" style ar-15s. if you are looking for one of the gen 3 piston operated ar-15s i'd go with H&K...
