Never did time myself. The range where I shoot at doesnt allow rapid fire. I would have to go to another one and test myself out.

I couldn't run three miles in under 23 min. Thats a little over 7 and a half minuet miles. In my last five K (5K = 3.1 miles) i did about 8 min miles. And i am young.
