That isn't noclip. There's a secret platform on the map that you can go on.. Which is where he was. Camping isn't against the rules in ZM unless it's somewhere that is completely impossible to get to. You can literally just walk into Dennis if you know the secret.

If you saw something in the console that says "Executed rcon command ma_noclip," then he did. But it would be easier to just use slap I imagine.
