Hallwagner admin abuse :/

I have a demo attached of the end of the chaos Hallwagner was causing today... I joined on the map Roy the Ship and hallwagner was setting a person as a firebomb (I believe at this persons request) and eventually killing all of the ct's in the room that also got set on fire including myself and another admin Cal45. The next round started and hallwagner slayed cal45, he asked him why he did it and hallwagner said that he could slay him back.

We then switched maps and (this is where my demo comes in) cal45 slayed hallwagner back like hall said he could and then... well it went like this

hall sets cal on fire and slays him
cal slays hall with halls permission
hall kicks cal
cal kicks hall
and then hall banned cal

That is right when I got my demo recording working and if you look in chat you can see where hall banned cal, and then the rest is of him spamming his "NO YOU" command that he has binded to his keyboard that was brought up last week in the forums when he was kicked from Zom mod for command spamming by console.

Proof (Proof is NEEDED in order to report abuse, if the abuse contains admin commands and chat only a date and time is needed; however, a screen shot or console copy is helpful): I attached the demo.

I don't know what will come of this because obviously cal was wrong too but I just wanted to make it known that he hasn't stopped.

earlier today when the map was set on LOTR hall spammed rtv throughout the time we were on that map untill it was changed, it was crazy. he also slayed me earlier today. i like hallwagner and all but he's starting to act like a complete jerk, hall is gettin out of control and something needs to be done.

this is basically most of the demos i have of Hallwagner. some clips are long because he would come out of no where and blurs a racial comment. i see other admins would make a map vote for the players. there were a couple of times that he would change the map on his own thinking for himself while he wasn't senior admin.

Zero, admins pay $11 a month to keep YOUR servers under control. while working at my other job, other admins and i look after YOUR servers. after so many complaints against a common rule breaker, who disrespect players in the server even after I perma banned him and you giving both of us a final warning, you insist in keeping him as admin. I PM'd you about him after that banning incident followed by my demos and nothing is being done. yes, there are times he acted as an admin but very rare. and i really don't know how long i can stay as admin if this keeps going out of control.

creepy? i doubt it, all those video could be taken all in just a day. i too started recording some hall's shitty stuff, he really needs to remember that i pay for admin like most of us do to keep the server and forum up and running, he has no right to slay/ban any admins for whatsoever. if this will keep up i too may leave ibis for good

Zero did little to tame him and its not enough. what would an admin do to accomplish a player's removal? request a ban with proof of demos right? well here are the demos and my request has been ongoing for two weeks now even after i perma banned him.

ok, first off, that seems like an aweful lot of demos hall. and they do have proof.

and second..."barely worth 11$ a month when i can't perform my duties because of zero's stupidity" ..."and go fuck yourself" you just screwed yourself over dude. if i were you, i'd be counting my blessings that zero didn't remove you before, and instead only restricted your powers. you can still "do your duties", but you cannot ever ban another admin. alex didn't get off scot-free before, he's on probation, as are you remember? there is no bias whatsoever. all there is are examples of you and your actions. clean the fuck up hall, if you get the chance. any clanner want to close this? it's going to degenerate into flameing and shit. it's here, the demos are posted, and now all zero has to do is look into it.

Coming from a friend hall, and someone who has not been on to see your admin using or abusing ( I haven't watched the demos btw)... I would just drop the admin, regardless, it seems your pissing off a lot of people.

I have decided to remove his admin before he does something that will get himself banned. This is due largely to the way that he has used admin and its authority during the time he has been on probation. However this was NOT in response to him banning another admin.

What hallwagner said was true and he and the other admin were messing around and the ban was more of a joke between the two, lasting 2 min.

The real problem here is that hallwagner does not know when to just lie low and let things settle down. While he did not directly abuse admin powers he did abuse the position and used it in a manor that diminishes the name of all admins. Luckily for him he did not do anything bad enough to get banned and that is why I am removing his admin here and now before he has the chance to do anything else.
