Being constantly set on fire for 20-35 seconds easily is getting out of hand, this really needs to be reduced. My vote is for 15 seconds max.

yea we should lessen that time to something more reasonable....i dont have a problem with it since i have ztele binded, so i can just ztele from a nade. but this ridiclulous nade time is part of the reason i did bind it. it is kinda gay

It is based off damage, avoid the damage and avoid the time. This means that even having an object between you can help.

the closer you are from where the nade exploded the more burn time you get, use your teammate i dont know if that works if not get a box to blockade the explosion..lol i think its just fair specialy for fast zombie.

It is way too easy to nail a zombie for at least 15 seconds of flame time. I know how it works and I'm still saying it needs to be reduced. I can't count the number of times I've been set on fire for 35 seconds today and yes I do try to avoid the damn nades.

I've gotten almost a minute burn time before. Pretty sure the nade was right at my head when it went off.

Easy solution, at least on a ZM map. Bind !ztele to a key and as soon as you hear a nade hit that key and presto, no fire.

Yeah unless you're playing a LOTR map or deathstar escape; then you either eat it or die from the afk spawn killer.

On one hand yeah it sucks when you get hit with a 30 second grenade, but maybe the zombies should be a little more careful? When you see someone with a nade in their hand SLOW DOWN and you'll probably have time to avoid it or at least only burn for a few seconds.

P.S. Tran you should at least get an avatar or something, whenever I see you post I think it's just some random noob lol.

It doesn't matter how careful you are; you're going to get his with grenades and be set on fire for 15-30 secs easy. Sad thing is there are a lot of regulars who complain about this every day on the server and they're too lazy to reply here.

as much as i hate those damn nades id just pretty much deal with it...but yea it would be a good idea to lower the time... i say 20 seconds of max fire time at least.. come to think of it also...there would also be times where your kinda helpless and taking hits..i experienced this on beach_strike awhile ago

That's because 80% of Zmod is full of 14 year old whiny little squealing bitches who couldn't build a fucking cade in their worthless lives. Instead they have to damn other experienced players by either building shitty ass cades or royally shoving their own knives up the regulars' asses by betraying them or breaking their cade.

Yea. Reduce nade time to 20 seconds max. The reduced speed makes it hard enough.
