Upgraded stats update

The newest version of psychostats is starting to get wrapped up. This is great news as stats will be more accurate, detailed and faster than ever before. Many new features will become available and gungame support will be standard.

After the release the stats will be getting reset and new in game stats reporting mods will be developed. This will allow users to obtain more detailed stats while in game. It is also important to note that with the next version stats on the pub and gungame may become real time! Please note however that I will not sacrafice accuracy for speed and if real time ends up being any less reliable or accurate than the current method it will be abandoned so that your stats are exactly correct :wtg:

I think the server is ok now.
It crached 3 time in less than 1 hour but now there is no problem.

Regardless this does mean that the crashes were isolated to the gg server and that it was an old version of sourcebans that was crashing all three earlier in the month.
