No, the server was not full. Also you will notice that the port is not 27015

so when I see a guy try to join a few times, check status and port right? is that how you get them?

Mind if I point out something here?

The port 1424 is the inbound port. The outbound port is always 27015. The inbound port may very well vary. They DO NOT have to be identical.

I'm curious as to why you make that a point of interest.

I'm assuming that the IP 68.83.141.65 is not the server, but the client...
