How did he/she abuse (See TOS):
Toolbox (he can post an unban thread if he wishes) began spraying this spray (http://memegenerator.net/Jimmy-Brooks-the-rapping-sensation/ImageMacro/1730929/Jimmy-Brooks-the-rapping-sensation-LAST-NAME-WALKING-FIRST-NAME-NEVER.jpg), which caught the attention of some of the admins. They began warning him regarding the spray, saying it was offensive, though I have seen multiple sprays of "retarded" (the guy in this picture is a rapper) people on the server, and it's never gotten such an outburst as this has. Many people were outraged at admins asking for the spray to not be sprayed any longer. While Toolbox should have listened to the admins, I think the admins should have recognized the very harmless nature of the spray itself and not made it into an issue. He was banned for 30 minutes by SolarSoul.

Either way, I became somewhat vocal about it, first saying "I am offended by porn" even though I'm not, and then bringing up the whole racism/intolerance thread that was posted earlier, which I feel are all the same issue. The spray, porn, and someone saying "nigga" is not offensive one bit until it is directed towards an individual. I believe that was the conclusion that Zero came up with, which is what I tried to point out. SolarSoul kept interrupting and saying stuff about how it doesn't matter, because if an admin tells someone to stop doing something they have to do it, to which I replied something along the lines of: "And this is what I alluded to earlier in my forum posts that admins shouldn't be making up their own rules but rather enforcing the rules of the server, which is the whole point of being an admin."

Now, earlier I kept bugging the admins to restart the server. Everyone was bitching and moaning about how laggy the server was (server admins and myself included) and I kept telling them to restart the server. I dropped it once the whole spray issue came up, which was promptly ended once I was told to stop talking about it by Scribble. However, I decided to ask once more about restarting the server, to which Cyber began to yell at me.

He is probably still upset at a couple of my latest posts regarding him and his use of his admin powers, and that is my best guess as to why he decided to rage as hard as he did.

So here we go on this part

I said People should respect the admins and if an admin does not like your spray dont spray it then it got blown out of proportion. on the server issue, u repeatedly stated "someone should restart the server" scibbles told you it had already been restarted but you kept on pushing at that.

With the spray in mind Brian stated that his grandfather or father not sure which was in a wheelchair and he did not like the spray, so he asked ToolBox to stop spraying it. HE did not he continued to spray it and argue on the fact in part where u joined in about the porn sprays and what not, when ur sprays are in the same neighboor hood as a porn spray. this is why i banned toolbox for 30 mins not permatley, I told him after he was already warned and asked abouot his spray i told him i would temp ban him for spraying again and he sprayed it 2 more times here is console of me warning..

IT WAS CONSIDERED sCRIBBLES TOLD YOU THE SERVER HAD ALREAdy been reset and it didnt help. but u continually pushed the subject he told you this when it crashed and we were at texture jungle before moving to deagle where u continually repeatede urself to something along the lines of " it would probably help to restart the server" "hey guys ever think about restarting the server" "Hey u guys gonna restart the server it will prolly help"

You should realize the map rotation before you start spewing nonsense. It was deagle when most of the issue occurred, and where it ENDED, then went to the laggy shotgun map and then the server crashed and went to texture_jungle where the server was at least temporarily fixed before I came here to post this.

And I mentioned your name if anybody decided to comment on it and turn it into an issue. I mentioned it mostly to lead up to the main issue of Cyber and to show evidence should anyone decide to elaborate further.

About the restart server thing... i have read on the forums that Zero REALLY doesnt like the servers being restarted...even to the point that RAPE had to confirm with zero once. So after REPEATEDLY (myself, scribble, brian, and solar) teling u to STOP ARGUEING about the restart bcos it was just restarted a while ago and we cant restart the server as we please.
Now yes, lets be fair , ihavent had the chance to respond to ur accusations about me abusing my admin in the other threads. You just went there, threw in a bunch of random accusations such as me changing the map without asking and balbalbal (which u got corrected by other admins.)

I have ALWAYS treated u with respect, even when u came to the server drunk and once calling me "an arab that i would kill in my (old?) job in military(?)" or wtvr, i dnt even know what the exact words u said bcos u were drunk... and even if i took that as a racist offence to me, i shut up, and respected ur situation and never argued with u . One day u raged at me for allegedly changing the map without asking anyone while i was SENIOR admin with no clan on (it was the india map), and :
1- We have ruled out in other posts that seniors can change the map any time they want as long it is in beginning of game
2- EVEN WITH THAT IN MIND I ALWAYS PUT UP A "QUESTIONAIR" not a map vote, that eliminates spam in 1, AND offers a chance to stay on the map.... yet you started ragin on me for thinking otherwise or smthn? and u said i am a fail admin for not being on forums ,and balbalbal.... ok here is the thing, i CANT be on the forums all the time, i work 2 jobs ,and i expect to come here and relax with my friends at night, HOWEVER, i did respect ur douchebagness that day, and i tried to be more active on the forums....

I don't take things personally, and I tried to explain to you last night when you came apologizing to me (thought not really realizing what exactly I had said in my forums posts) that I did not dislike you nor was anything I was saying an attack on your character. I was pointing out that the things you were doing were not admin-like qualities and that perhaps you should change them. I did not state it so nicely in the forums, but that was because you decided to go off on Loka, someone I hold to be a friend of mine.

2. I do not go around defying admins all the time. Today was perhaps one of the first times, and it only came up with the spray issue and the lag issue.

3. I have only said anything about being an admin before on other servers (and on leagues) starting yesterday. Do not try to say I've been saying it the whole time. Nor do I tell people not to listen to admins. I tend to try to help enforce server rules despite not being an ibis member. I am well aware I am not an admin, nor do I wish to be one. I am someone who is playing in the Ibis servers and trying to make them enjoyable not only for myself but for others, as well. That's what being a community is all about.

4. Nobody brought up that Zero didn't like server restarts. Either way, it was at least a suggestion that I felt was being ignored to the point that I kept asking it. Someone saying they restarted it at some point in the past few hours was not sufficient for me to drop the topic. Sorry that wasn't up to your satisfaction.

5. I explained to you multiple times last night that my posts were not entirely directed towards you, nor was the map change thing the only thing that I accused you of, though you have at multiple times been caught to say "Oh, this map? No, let's do something else" despite people choosing a non-#1 map.

6. I have nothing against Brian. Please don't try to turn other admins against me.

7. I did not deserve your verbal attacks. They were completely uncalled for and I had already dropped the issue prior to you raging. Scribble told me politely to drop it, and I did, to which I changed subject back to the ever popular lag issue, of which you raged. Watch the demo.

Brian asked toolbox politely to not spray the spray because it offended him on the account of his father. Albeit this subject is closed between the two of them, the admin abuse could and should only have come from toolbox. You were in no way involved. It is in no way admin abuse if cyber tells you off for being the cunt that you are and in no way abuse if he decides that resetting the server will solve nothing, especially halfway through the map. In hindsight, he was right. The server crashed one or two maps later and no resolve in the lag problem.

Next, you deserve a ban due to your button pushing and once again neglect of rules number 7 and 6. You whine that the admins are not resetting the server and disrespect them by constantly pestering them. It's time to grow up dana.

IBIS doesn't care if it offends him. He is to follow the rules set by ZERO. If he cannot follow them, do not pay for admin, and do not waste the time in banning people for sprays that are considered FINE by IBIS BASED ON THE SERVER RULES. I have seen in the past week admins automatically ban people without the proper slay, kick, ban procedure. Short version: Reviewed demo, no admin abuse, but this shouldn't happen again. Both sides were at fault.

How did he/she abuse (See TOS):
Toolbox (he can post an unban thread if he wishes) began spraying this spray (http://memegenerator.net/Jimmy-Brooks-the-rapping-sensation/ImageMacro/1730929/Jimmy-Brooks-the-rapping-sensation-LAST-NAME-WALKING-FIRST-NAME-NEVER.jpg), which caught the attention of some of the admins. They began warning him regarding the spray, saying it was offensive, though I have seen multiple sprays of "retarded" (the guy in this picture is a rapper) people on the server, and it's never gotten such an outburst as this has. Many people were outraged at admins asking for the spray to not be sprayed any longer. While Toolbox should have listened to the admins, I think the admins should have recognized the very harmless nature of the spray itself and not made it into an issue. He was banned for 30 minutes by SolarSoul.

Either way, I became somewhat vocal about it, first saying "I am offended by porn" even though I'm not, and then bringing up the whole racism/intolerance thread that was posted earlier, which I feel are all the same issue. The spray, porn, and someone saying "nigga" is not offensive one bit until it is directed towards an individual. I believe that was the conclusion that Zero came up with, which is what I tried to point out. SolarSoul kept interrupting and saying stuff about how it doesn't matter, because if an admin tells someone to stop doing something they have to do it, to which I replied something along the lines of: "And this is what I alluded to earlier in my forum posts that admins shouldn't be making up their own rules but rather enforcing the rules of the server, which is the whole point of being an admin."

Now, earlier I kept bugging the admins to restart the server. Everyone was bitching and moaning about how laggy the server was (server admins and myself included) and I kept telling them to restart the server. I dropped it once the whole spray issue came up, which was promptly ended once I was told to stop talking about it by Scribble. However, I decided to ask once more about restarting the server, to which Cyber began to yell at me.

Spray is fine. Zero was quite precise when he said what he did.

As for restarting the server, admins should help other players.. HOWEVER, this does not mean they are required to use their admin. If you keep bugging someone to restart the server, especially if more than one person has mentioned that restarting will not fix it, then the issue should have been dropped.

I said People should respect the admins and if an admin does not like your spray dont spray it then it got blown out of proportion. on the server issue, u repeatedly stated "someone should restart the server" scibbles told you it had already been restarted but you kept on pushing at that.

With the spray in mind Brian stated that his grandfather or father not sure which was in a wheelchair and he did not like the spray, so he asked ToolBox to stop spraying it. HE did not he continued to spray it and argue on the fact in part where u joined in about the porn sprays and what not, when ur sprays are in the same neighboor hood as a porn spray. this is why i banned toolbox for 30 mins not permatley, I told him after he was already warned and asked abouot his spray i told him i would temp ban him for spraying again and he sprayed it 2 more times here is console of me warning..

He Purposely egged the admins on and pushed thier buttons for no reason he deserved the temp ban.
And you should know better than to start arguements and continually push buttons with the admins. if you dont like the admins then leave the server. I personally wont miss you.

Admins should respect people. The only difference between you and them, is that you may have a little more time on your hands, and you pay 11 dollars a month. This does not earn request, but enthusiasm. People are genuinely happy to see an admin on who will help them and keep the good maps coming, and the mic spammers/hackers out of the server.

If you don't like a spray that is within the guidelines of what Zero has explained, I would suggest not making an issue out of it if possible. Though, this can be a very touchy subject. It all comes down to the individual's views and perspectives. Perhaps you and others truly did find this spray offensive. In which case then the ban can be justified, however it is not to be confused with the possibility that Tools was still not aware of the warnings..

Not once in any of the demo or the logs do I see Tool responding.
