It seems that the demo in this (http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4667) thread proved irrefutably that my walls were missing and that my aim was assisted. I can't say that I agree with this conclusion.

I'm told that Mos Def, after spending four maps vociferously and incessantly moaning his ass off at me, has a demo of me cheating in a round where I was actually performing fairly well (26-1 - Go me!), so if you can provide that demo, Mos Def, let's take care of this right now so I don't have to post two of these threads.

What you need to realise is that repeating this ad infinitum will do nothing to change the circumstances, and that arguing for maintaining my ban while providing absolutely no reason for doing so is petty and by definition unjustified.

If you can produce any shred of the supposed plurality of evidence documenting the accusations, then do so. If you can't, then kindly take your infantile grievances elsewhere.

Should have never been banned in the first place. Admins aren't supposed to do what hobo did. He banned someone on someones word. He didn't even take the time to watch the demo.

yea, i was in server when all this happened. I was actually senior admin and imho was he fishy, of course the guy went 26-1 and 26-4 back to back....but i didnt do the ban myself for the reason there really was not any hard evidence. I too say unban him until we get more hard evidence, until than just assume the guys a beast...and fluffy when your that good you have to expect people harrassing you about being a hacker, you just gotta ignore them.

didnt review demo, not at desktop. but was reviewing his stats on the statspage to look for anything suspicious, and noticed that he has nearly a 51 % accuracy in his shots, which is slightly suspicious. other players on the upper echelon of the ranking system averaged around 40 % accuracy with some exceptions. another think to note about a seperate player of whom im very suspicious of is steeltoe's 53 % headshot percentage. that is outlandish as well. but thats a conversation for another time

Since I'm very new to the GunGame server, I figured it might make sense to give you a baseline to judge the demo by, so I recorded a game with a few bots on an otherwise empty server. I wouldn't say that I'm a bad shot, but I definitely wouldn't say that I'm a decidedly good player either. Certainly not to the point of warranting suspicion.

wow, cmon guys, im not saying that he dont hack, however these demos out there of him are not proving shit....it is an unfair ban, i guess if somebody cries wolf you can perma ban without any consequences. Something needs to be done here, some sort of process to narrow down admins. Think of it like this though, I have a 48% accuracy with 45% of my shots being head-shots. He has 50% accuracy with 43% of his shots being head-shots. Now take the amount of shots he has fired and compare it with mine. Do you see a variance between the percentages and shots fired? He also has a 1.71 KD - which is in no way a "hacking" kill death ratio and he has had games where he's been 17-24; just like anyone who has a bad round. So... he doesn't hack, needs to be un-banned, and people need to actually review demo's before banning; case closed!

My reserved slot was activated yesterday, but that doesn't really help me much if I'm going to end up with the other people who seem to still be banned months after it was decided that they shouldn't be.

+1 Zero is the person to talk to when it comes to lifting your ban... He may be distracted with school but if you don't hear anything soon then it means something caught his eye and he is waiting on a response from VAC.

well, they don't seem to want to unban anybody. a process that takes 1 minute or less; doesn't seem that hard guys. why not go on an unban spree, sorta like walters ban spree, except in this case some good comes out of it. theres still like 10 people waiting to get unbanned, and i bet some of them won't ever come back because of the wait time
