no clue who you are, but what he's normally like doesn't matter worth 2 shits. and if he was calling people niggers then that in it's self is a abuse issue, and it's far worse if it's coming from an admin. we don't turn a blind eye 2 abuse cause you were good in the past lol.

As far as I understand... hopefully this was just a one time drunken event.
I wouldn't take this so seriously but I would hate to see a trend of people abusing simply because they aren't going to pay for admin any longer.

On one side I have people who have shown they do best for the community and have a clean slate (lets call them regulars)...
on the other side I have meth heads with a rap sheet a mile long (lets call them abusers)...
who do you think I (the cop) is going to listen to or believe?

Now yes maybe the abuser was right and the regular was wrong but when thats only true .01% of the time I have to go with whats right 99.9% of the time unless proven otherwise.

it was a long, one time thing..
i joined the game a little while after the first admin abuse case on him got posted..
and i have played they Tony a few times before, and i have never seen him that drunk as he was that night/day..
however.. when i was in there he "only" banned 2 ppl.. 1 for beeing very disrespectfull (i would have banned the guy too) and the second one was him self..

Ok I see it like this he was reported his unruly behavior, so now hes on probation, if he fucks up again soon, more drastic measures should be taken.

I wasn't there so i cant account for what he did, blink has a good clean reputation with me and the community, as far as i know. And Damion too, But to me this looks like one long incident of one night........ So I wont put him on trial for the same crime twice, but Tony definitely being watched and evaluated
