I was banned and not sure why

Ok so we were playing on black mesa escape i got on the helicopter then I saw the dreaded message you have been banned. Then I asked myself why was i banned and there was no warning or anything. If it is because of my name and can understand and change that but with out a warning I think it's unfair.
