overall nice map, not campable, has sufficient obstacles but open enough...i just dnt know honestly if the water thing is playable or just design... but the map is gd without the water for sure.

can someone explain to me why a MAP picture would show different other maps? such as churches and other gd maps?.. its not a pack tho...

preston...ok. the way this one works, is that one player at beginning of round is chosen at random. he then has 10 seconds to run through a specific portal to chose the map they play for that round. that's why there's 8 maps. i'd expect fps to drop though, since you're rendering 8 maps at once

the maps are still there. you're just not playing on that part of the map.

And those "maps" aren't being rendered unless you are actually in them.

Download the map, play it, and put wireframe on. What the wireframe shows is what is being rendered.

hmmmm, but what if you go into spectate and fly through the walls? would you see the other areas? i'm not trying to argue, i really am trying to learn this. it's odd that the file size is so small

Yes you would. But it won't lag tremendously.

The file size is small because I'm assuming default textures were used to create the map. The more custom textures you use in a map the greater the file size.

All maps added also the last one can be fun:
gg_preston_v2 consists of 8 maps in one. The maps are chosen by a randomly selected player who then has ten seconds before the map will choose for them (to prevent noobs from holding things up). Some are mini re-creations of popular maps such as churches & deagle, and some are maps that I designed myself.
