I have to say a couple of times it did appear that you had some knowledge as to the location of certain people... but it didn't really appear to be hacks. More like a couple of lucky radar shots.

I think he should be unbanned and just watched carefully. :wtg:


Also, anyone going to watch this demo, have patience, they play like 10 rounds before you see anything.

If you watch closely, phalanx joins sort of late, and the only things he sees of ganja sort of looked like wall hacking. If lanx sees this demo, he will realize he just came in at a time where he had some luck.

It Quite Obvious he wasn't hackin if he demo himself. So is he gonna demo himself evertime he plays or only when he see a admin in spec? Or is this supose to clear him of any other accusations of cheating in the future?

well this demo is supposedly of the time right before his ban, so this would prove that the reason for which he is currently banned is unfounded

I'm sorry if someone finds what I am about to say offensive. If you are an admin and you think he was walling, you should probably cancel your subscription. That is just not good enough evidence to be considered hacking at all. I can see why Lanx banned him, it looked like it for the very small time Lanx was in the game, but it was just luck by radar. Let's get this player unbanned and keep the repuation of ibis the amazing way it is! :D

Yeah I checked that demo he posted and its in my opinion that he's not hacking. I mean that shot with the awp was bull but doable. And the round where Phalanx called him a waller you could see the guy's foot for a split second as he went around the corner. I watched the demo twice to confirm that.

Is he a waller in general? I'd say no, tho I havent had enough experience playing with him to know for sure but everytime I do play with him I spec him just cuz I'd rather watch a skilled player than a noob camping a spot, and from what I've seen he doesn't wall.

I was trying to be nice and keep players in the server... He looks like he was doing pretty good and I would rather play against good people than bad.

for what it's worth, I demo myself everytime I join a server now. I got banned from this server once without a demo of myself to prove I was not hacking. I won't get caught with my pants down. IBIS has some admins who are young and inexperienced with CS and they will ban you for good game play. Not a knock against them as I am certain they really feel people are hacking sometimes. Sometimes, good players come in and tear things up.

The majority of IBIS admins are good folks and know a good player from a hack. A lot of times, admins will consult with each other and some regulars on the server to be absolutely sure someone is fishy before banning them.

rico you shouldn't have to demo yourself at all man. but with these guys that haven't been around long enough for one of us to vouche for its a good idea.
