This guy was toggling with his deagle and definitely had walls going. Watch with wireframes on and you can see him looking through the walls at several people with his scout on different rounds. The deagle should speak for itself.

Also sorry about shooting in spawn as opposed to just going into spec. Sometimes the illusion must be maintained that someone isn't being watched. Also credit this one to innoby. He was the one that spotted him.
