Proof: (ADMIN) AWESOME ibis.a DJ MIKEY: banned player Toolbox, somwhere around 8:17 CST 11/24/10 and copy and pasted commands above.

He decides to mute everybody for the fact he wants to eat beef jerky, he constantly abuses powers and we only got unmuted because another admin was there, then banned me for 5 minutes after I told him off. He has been abusing like this everytime ive seen him on the server.

It isnt fordged I copied and pasted from console and grabbed the same part twice probably, the people I put as witnesses will say its not forged so nice try. I didnt say admins arnt shit fuck them blah blah, I said you arnt shit fuck you because you were abusing your power and acting like a kid. AS the witnesses will say, thanks for trying to lie DJ.

Some other admins have had problems yes but the only ones I can think of is Jerm, and 2 others while most dont have a problem with me because they fuck around with me and we know its joking. They dont abuse their power. They dont mute someone when they dissagree with someone in a normal talk like you do.

Its hard to fordge something when it actually happened as the whole server was part of it at the time. After you did unmute Xerneix you continued to mute until Xerneix said something and then you unmuted everybody.

I have muted toolbox before, but i personally have no problem with him. He is a cool guy at times, and other times he needs to learn to be quiet. But I feel the same way about Mikey so who knows. lol

Just because there is no proof doesn't make it non-existent, you abused your power by using the perma-mute for no reason what so ever. i also believe from past experiences that you were probably provoking people in the server, thus the reason you mass muted. Toolbox does get annoying ill give him that but, it doesn't give you or any other admin the right to abuse your powers on other people in the server, this didn't just affect Toolbox and Xerenix, they are just the ones who came forward. We already got rid of Perry we dont need a replacement. Don't punish all for the problems of one.

@mute #all 1 -- the number correlates to time in minutes, 0 is permamute.

Don't use permamute.

Toolbox was being his illustrious self + possibly a bit over annoying self, so there is a number one flag.

Mikey came into the server and ALSO was being his illustrious + colorful self.

BOTH parties here can be VERY annoying at times.

Mikey + I exchanged ADMIN conversation and he mentioned that Toolbox was/is <insert colorful adjective here> there was also mention of a mute server to which I responded, "NO Mikey, that is reserved for special occasions and this is not one of those times"

The exchange between Toolbox and Mikey escalated and neither one was in the right. (Guys, take that shit elsewhere from now on or I will personally make it my responsibility to see you both off the server in whatever way I need to make it happen as you BOTH disrupt the server almost every time you're in it)

Next, I got tired off the kindergarten activity and wished all a good holiday and left.

Apparently the shit hit the fan after I logged off and here we are trying to clean up a mess that should have NEVER taken place, especially since I already had told Mikey NOT to use mute all server for what appears to be a chronic feud between him and several others on the server(s) including but not limited to Toolbox who was also borderline disrespectful to me but I let it slide as it was nothing too belligerent.

I recommend that BOTH of you kindly take a CHILLPILL :chillpill: for the sake of keeping peace on our servers because if not then it's just a matter of time before that will not be a request, but an admonishment by your own doing.

Maynard, i really dont have a "horrid" attitude. on top of this i try to keep as much peace as i can. before you pass any more judgment maynard id like it if you played in the servers a little bit more. 90% of the time everything is fun and dandy. the other 10% disciplinary action must be taken.

i would like the thread to be closed due to me understanding i shouldnt be using Mass mute, i was unaware of this rule at the time and it will not happen again. (tbh it was the first time i have done a mass mute) so i apologize for my mistake there. The rest of it was reasonable punishments for another players infractions.

Mass perma muting a 1 to 5 minute mass mute may be acceptable if really called for, I highly suggest mikey and toolbox mute each other in player menu if there in the same game

However, if people are sincerely getting out of hand then a hand full of 5 minute mutes should be sufficient. Then just up the time if it continues and max out at like a day.
