How do you unsubscribe to admin?
or does it ask you after your cycle is up?

In your paypal, you can see your account activity. When you view the details of a payment for admin you can see the subscription it is in reference to (represented as a bunch of numbers and stuff). Click that and there will be an option to cancle the subscription.
