AWP Limit bugging on pub

I can't tell for certain what causes this but you're not always able to buy an AWP even if nobody else on your team has one. But that's not the bad part. The bad part is half the time you try to buy one it takes your money but you get no gun.

Nope. 7v8 on cs_italy just now. I was ct and was able to "buy" an awp - it charged me but I didn't get it. Nobody else had one that round on CT

Currently the mod we use for this was made by another person (public mod).

I will just write a new program that actually works to replace it.
